How information submitted through this website is handled.
Information sent through the website’s general enquiry, referral and job application forms is emailed to Bright Horizon Care Services at admin@brighthorizoncareservices.co.uk so the team can respond to your enquiry or assess your application.
The contact form collects the contact information and message you choose to provide. The referral enquiry form collects referrer details, limited placement information and the young person’s initials. The job application form collects personal and contact details, eligibility and availability, qualifications, employment history, supporting information, referee details, safer recruitment declarations and an optional CV.
The website sends form information directly by email. It does not store submissions in a website database. Job applications also generate a PDF summary for the recruitment email. Uploaded CVs are attached to that email and temporary upload files are removed after processing.
At the initial referral stage, use the young person’s initials and avoid unnecessary identifying or sensitive information. The Bright Horizon team can arrange an appropriate follow-up for detailed records.
